• A claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo/video evidence.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The delivered product's size or color does not match the order.

• A return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Refund Conditions

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

• Product color variations due to screen/display settings are not considered defects.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Important Note

We do not offer product exchanges. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
